I’m really glad you found your way here, wherever it is you’re looking at us from. Most of all, I’d like you to see how much sheer fun Zumba@ is! What a great time we have doing it, how much weight people are losing and how much better they feel about themselves with each passing day.

Classes are full of fantastic, uplifting and inspiring music and moves to make your body vibrate and your happiness soar! You don’t need any dancing skills, you don’t need a partner (although by all means bring along a few friends!), and you don’t need to buy any special equipment or pay any join up fees. All you really need is a sense of humour and plenty of water.

Did you know that in just one Zumba@ class you can burn up to 500 calories!!! However, it is suitable for everybody, of all levels of fitness as you will be able to see in the videos where I show you the steps, bit by bit, and with different difficulty levels.
So come on down, and if you’re a little too far away from us- just kick back and check out our videos and photos.Plenty to see, from 3 year olds to …… well, now that would be rude, wouldn’t it!: – ) .
