Dig out your mat and come and stretch, tone, loosen up and make space for those nerves that cause sciatica, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel etc, restore posture and flexibility and all WITHOUT PLACING ANY OF YOUR WEIGHT ONTO WRISTS, KNEES OR SHOULDERS.
Learn how to strengthen back, core and all the major areas that make your beautiful lives happier to live!
You must be able to get up and down off,of your mat, but once we're down we'll stay down until close to the end .
You'll feel taller, lighter and more centred after this warm bubblebath of a class.

Everyone welcome. Mat essential. All other equipment provided, but not a bad idea to bring a small cushion if you like.

We're joining the Texas Hold 'em party! While it's way too tricky to bring to a Zumba class - we're going to have ourselves a little choreo party - breaking up the fab choreo bit by bit, practicing those parts, bringing them together to give us the whole thing - then we'll film it with a fab background before taking ourselves off for a well deserved drink!
This is sure to be a great laugh. So grab your cowboy boots and denim, or just a checked shirt or scarf - but don't miss out on the fun!
