I'm launching a BRAND NEW OUTDOOR TONING CLASS on the Moraira esplanade, and I can't wait to get started!

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO WORK ON?

Butts & glutes-Legs- Arms & shoulders - Abs & core

Weights, resistance bands and more!

We'll be combining a variety of exercises to help build strength, improve muscle tone and get your whole body working!

WHY TONING? WHY NOW?

Strength training isn't just about looking good (although that's a lovely bonus! ). It's about building a stronger body for LIFE!

And if you're over 40, especially 50+, strength training becomes even more important.

Helps maintain muscle mass as we age

Supports bone health - - Improves balance, stability and coordination - Helps you stay active and independent for longer

Supports metabolism and everyday movement - Makes all those everyday activities that little bit easier!

And the best bit?

You don't need to be super fit, super strong or super anything!

I adapt exercises to YOUR level, so don't worry if you're new to this.

At BOTH Halloween Masterclasses, we're going to learn a special section of Michael Jackson's iconic THRILLER choreography… and then FILM IT! How much fun is that going to be?!

We've had some absolutely AMAZING outfits over the years, and I cannot wait to see what everyone comes up with this time!

But remember… dressing up is completely optional! Come as you are, dance your heart out and enjoy seeing everyone else's fabulous, funny and downright spooky creations. There's no pressure, just plenty of Halloween fun!

As always, everyone is welcome – holidaymakers, regulars, two left feet and all! No booking needed for our regular classes. Pay as you go, with cash or cards/phone
