Hi all! We will have Moraira's very first 'Silent' sing-a-long fitness walk on 1st August! 75 minutes of walking, singing, laughing, smiling with 'fitness stops' to do abs, butts, hips, thighs work. Working your arms as we walk. Do as much or as little as you're comfortable with. ALL LOW IMPACT.
wearing your super 'silent' headphones with your own volume control, you can have your music level exactly where you want it - all you need is water, sun cream and maybe a face cloth.
There are a limited number of headphones- so secure your place now. (Payment necessary to book).
