Summer nights just got a whole lot sassier! Join us for a Grease-themed Singalong Fitwalk – a fun walk right by the sea with all the Grease moves, tunes, and attitude you can handle. Think walk, wiggle, sing, strut... and maybe a little hand jive!

Zwoele zomernachten zijn net een stuk pittiger geworden! Doe mee met onze Grease-thema Singalong Fitwalk – een vrolijke wandeling langs zee vol met Grease-moves, muziek en attitude. Denk aan lopen, wiebelen, zingen, paraderen… en misschien een beetje hand jive!

Dresscode? Heb je een roze jasje of een Danny-krul? Dan wordt het tijd om te shinen! Verkleed komen is optioneel – sommigen doen het, anderen niet. Helemaal vrijblijvend.

Time to shake our tail feathers! Sheer fun! We get together, don our headphones with which we control our own volume, then we let go of our inhibitions, I turn on the music, all the songs we love to sing out loud, we walk and sing, then stop off at strategic points for some toning - abs, butts, thighs and we work the arms while we walk. (Or you can rest in those bits )
Beautiful views wherever possible. All low impact. Do as much or as little as you like.
Just bring water, a little back pack, wear trainers (not flip-flops or sandals) and a sense of humour.
It is truly such a good time. We'll stop for a cheeky Spring drink afterwards too by the sea on the Arenal. Venue to be confirmed.
